We had a lovely stay at Flores house. The house is just as pictured and Flore was very helpful and friendly. Flore always responded quickly to any queries and gave some helpful suggestionsfor local restaurants. (Would recommend the pizza takeaway 'Oh my pizz' just up the road, we had fantastic pizzas on our first night.) The house has been decorated to a high standard throughout and was bright and airy. There were some lovely extras such as the ping ping table, beautiful garden with bbq and bikes we could use. The kitchen was very good and it was lovely that things such as herbs and spices had been left for us to use. Beds were all very comfortable and there was the extra special touch of chocolates in each room which my children loved. Thank you, we had a lovely stay.

Very nice villa, tastefully decorated, and with a large bright living room including a spacious kitchen area overlooking the garden. The house equipment is perfect and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Very quiet environment and possibility to walk to Houlgate and Cabourg. The city center is close and offers quality shops. The Saturday market under the beautiful old hall is exceptional. Agnes is a very friendly person and responds quickly to our questions. I highly recommend this home to gather as a family as we did.

We love our stay here. We are family of 5 and the cottage is just the perfect space for us. Lise is very responsive and helpful and the breakfast, especially the pound cake is delicious. It’s a very peaceful and rejuvenating place. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at David’s. Great location, David was very helpful, communicated almost immediately to our questions and needs. Beautiful inside and out. Would recommend this location to anyone. If we return to Caen, I will definitely want to return to David’s place.

We had a lovely stay at Alice's house. You are surrounded by horses, cows and sheep. Lots of hiking and biking opportunities in the nature preserve. we enjoyed the house, the outdoor patio and the heated pool. The house is well located to visit the coast and surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped.

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. The cottage is functional, the living room is large which is important in a region where the weather does not always allow you to enjoy the outdoors. It is very well equipped for children: all early childhood equipment, indoor/outdoor games, the secure and covered swimming pool. Good to know: the instruction not to make noise between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m., as indicated in the listing, must be respected. Close to the village of Epaignes where there are quality shops and welcoming traders. Lucie is very responsive and attentive.

The games room, footballs, basketball hoop were a highlight for the kids, keeping them entertained for hours. We had a superb week in Karine’s house during the summer. While 30+ degrees outside, inside it remained cool because of the thick 19th century brick walls. The house is spacious and clean with modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The indoor pool is in a separate building in the large private garden. It was difficult to convince the kids to get out of the pool to go visit things in the neighbourhood. Much larger pool than the pictures indicate also. Karine welcomed us and showed us around, she’s very friendly and always available when needed. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful accommodation and pleasant and responsive host. Lots of rules and a few constraints to respect but that didn't hinder our stay. Everything is of very good quality in the house, and ready to use, whether it's the kitchen equipment, the pool or the tennis court.

Beautiful house in a fantastic spot. 15 minute drive into Deauville where there's loads of great restaurants. Pool was superb addition. Karine is a really responsive and helpful host. Loved our stay.
