I am not one to typically write reviews, but I am compelled to because Miguel's place absolutely exceeded our expectations. After using Airbnb for 4-5 years, this is by far the best place I ever have stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home -- from snacks waiting for us, to a full kitchen with all the amenities we could need, to a washing machine ready with detergent so we could do laundry. The space was beautifully decorated and cozy, totally outdoing the photos. Miguel was a communicative and generous host, responding promptly to any questions or concerns we had. He even let us stay at the place several hours after our original check out time without question to accommodate our travel schedule. I would absolutely recommend this place -- located in a beautiful part of historical Salamanca, at a fantastic price.

Wonderful place, very clean, in great location. Pablo is a 10-year-old host! He is in charge of giving you the necessary explanations and helping you in any way he can. If we go back, we'll do it again!

Beatriz was the perfect host and really takes great pride in her rental. We felt like we were at home. The location is perfect for walking the city. So much to see and do. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. We never used the car in the 3 days we stayed. We were there over a weekend and we did hear some noise from people on the street or coming out of the bar below close but that’s part of being so close to all the action. Beatriz was very helpful and made us very welcome.

The apartment is very well located in a residential area, in a very quiet apartment block but next to the center walking. We left the car parked in the fabulous parking space and we just had to walk to find everything you need. The house is spotless, very new and very clean. We were very comfortable. Fabio is exceptional. Friendly, attentive and attentive to everything we could need. She gave us very good recommendations to enjoy Salamanca with children. It was very flexible at check in and check out. Thank you very much for everything It has been a pleasure to be in this beautiful house. We really enjoyed the weekend in Salamanca. We will be back for sure.

Before I retired, I traveled for a living for 40 years. I have also traveled the world with many interesting vacations. With that, I have stayed in many AirB&B, as well as VRBO's. Hands down, this was the best accommodation that I have had. Not only was it spotless, it was most comfortable and Carlos went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, including offering to find me an item that does not seem to exist in Spain. The apartment was a 3 minute walk to my school and a super bargain. My friend had an AirB&B in Plaza Mayor, which of course she paid a lot for, and it was not as nice as Carlos' nor was her landlord as accommodating nor available. BRAVO Carlos!
