Wunderschöne Wohnung mitten in der charmanten Altstadt von Scalea, dennoch nur 5 Minuten von Geschäften und Cafébars und knapp 10 Minuten vom Strand. Perfekt sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war sehr ruhig und wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Wir könnten uns keine bessere Unterkunft in Scalea vorstellen. Lorenzo hat super Tipps gegeben, bei An- und Abreise das Taxi organisiert, wunderbar!

We were only one night but the property was very clean and Maria was awesome.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Villa Anna. Het huis is mooi ingericht (wat een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer en badkamer) met oog voor detail. Ook de keuken is heel goed uitgerust. Tot slot is er een groot terras, ideaal voor een BBQ of aperitief in de zon. Het huis is ook erg geschikt voor (jonge) kinderen. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Ende März ist das ein Ort für Menschen, die absolute Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben. Die Terrasse hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Bucht und beim Einschlafen hört man das Rauschen des Meeres. Die Unterkunft war klein, zweckmäßig und sehr gepflegt. In Bezug auf Platzangebot sowie Sitz- und Schlafgelegenheiten stellen wir uns die Wohnung bei längerem Aufenthalt für drei Personen als zu klein vor.

Ospite gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha fornito consigli su attività nei dintorni e garantito un check in e un check out rapidissimi. La casa è pulita, fornita, ordinata, in una posizione ottimale sia per andare al mare (in spiaggia libera o lido) che per recarsi in centro. Il paese è delizioso e vivo, consiglierei assolutamente e ci piacerebbe tornare.

Everything was great. The team is super helpful with anything we needed. They recommended and reserved restaurant for us. Location is great. Close to Diamante center and other towns. The place have everything you need from beach chairs to umbrellas etc and the kitchen is well furnished. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean with large showers. The mini fridge in each bedroom was a plus! View and garden area is incredible. Will definitely return if go back to this area.

Siamo stati in questa casa una settimana,accoglienza impeccabile,stanza pulita e ci hanno fatto trovare già diverse cose come prodotti locali acqua succhi ecc.. Nella casa non manca nulla e quello che c’è funziona alla perfezione. Le cose che più sono state apprezzate sono il parcheggio nello spazio del condominio e l estrema vicinanza a tutto quello che serve (mare,uscite serali,negozi oltre che facendo un tratto molto breve in auto ci si ritrova subito sulla SS Tirrena). Antonio host impeccabile che è stato reattivo in tempi record nel risolvere un problema (causato da me). Null’altro da dire,consiglio vivamente.

Tutto eccellente dalla location alla pulizia della stessa. Tutto al posto giusto… Antonio e suo padre persone molto solerti e al contempo amichevoli. Ci ritornerò.

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.
