Spacious gardens (ca. 2.500 m2) with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença. Large, partly covered terraces (ca. 60 m2) surrounding the house and a big adjacent barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m). Mixing Mallorquin and German styles, the renovation of the house was finished in July 2018 using mostly eco friendly, non-toxic materials.

Joan's place perfectly matched what we were looking for to enjoy the island of Mallorca. The accommodation itself is very spacious, in perfect condition, with all amenities (2 bathrooms, a washing machine ...). We particularly enjoyed the bedding, very comfortable! In addition, its location is ideal to be able to reach the different tourist areas of the island (less than1 hour from the four corners of the island), while being in a peaceful village. We were very pleased that Felipe personally came by to greet us. He is super friendly and makes sure that his guests are doing well. The house is really big. There were three terraces with magnificent sea views. The beach is about 4 minutes away on foot, was really quiet and fantastic to enjoy the sunset with a lighthouse view in the evening. Felip is always available and his (restaurant) tips are recommended. It was my first Mallorca vacation with many hikes in the Tramuntana mountains This house was a great place to end the day on the terrace in the evening and enjoy the night dreaming of waves in a super comfortable bed. The view of the sea was the icing on the cake. We look forward to seeing you again😃 and highly recommend this place. Incidentally, you can reach it via a staircase opposite, at the sea in a minute.

If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is the place to be. We immediately felt comfortable at the place. The small fincar is very idyllically located and equipped with everything you need. We particularly liked the seating area in front of the house. From there we could watch the neighbors chickens +rooster, who visited us more often. We were also able to start cycling directly from the house, even if the 1.3 km long access road was not paved throughout. Xiasca was always easily accessible for us. For us, there was absolutely nothing to complain. We had a wonderful one. Vacation and would be happy to come back.
