Villa vacation rentals in Torremolinos

We had a wonderful week. Heated pool was perfect for the kids, they bathed all day and we adults also enjoyed ourselves. The house is big enough for two families with children. Great hosting, got quick answers to questions we had during our stay. Reccommended highly.

This is a lovely Spanish villa in the hills above Malaga. It had plenty of space for our party of 7 adults and one year old child. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the whole house was homely and beautifully presented. The outside kitchen area was much used and there were supermarkets within a short drive to stock up the fridges. The pool area, complete with hammock and sun loungers was delightful and the jacuzzi was a relaxing alternative . A car is essential for getting in provisions and making visits in the area. Jose was definitely a Superhost and always attentive to enquiries . He made some great recommendations for day trips and restaurants. We visited Malaga, Marbella, Mijas, & did the cool zip line at Sunview Pk as well as the Caminito del Rey hike. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend a holiday here.

Had a wonderful time with friends for my 28th birthday. We wanted something chilled and to sit out in the sun and enjoy the peace and the pool with our friends. The village is about a 20 minute walk up hill (you can order a bolt easy enough) but we enjoyed the slightly challenging but manageable walk to the beautiful village of mijas. Very nice restaurants all around and the house was a beautiful oasis to return to. Beds are so comfortable! Lots of space and had everything we needed. We had dinner outside and our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. Eva gave us lots of recommendations of activities to do and was super responsive with anything I needed. She keeps the property very nice and clean and well looked after. I hope to return as soon as possible!

Fabulous villa in a great location. It is on a hill but walkable in 20 mins from the Bil Bil or by taxi for 6 euro. It is very well equipped with everything you could wish for. The beds were really comfy! The pool was lovely, we paid for it to be heated which made it so much nicer. Plenty of seating inside and out. We had a wonderful week and will Def stay here again. Can highly recommend it. Tatiana was a brilliant host and really helpful

One week spent here on a family holiday with toddler and we felt right at home with everything we required being in the villa from towels, high chair, travel cot, coffee pods etc therefore we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay throughout our visit I cannot pick any faults. The villa itself is beautifully decorated inside and out, very clean and in a peaceful, safe location with excellent views. Exactly as pictures describe. We made use of the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel across the road down to the bottom of the street/train station to walk to surrounding areas and back up again which was very useful. Ali provided lots of information prior to our stay and after, and responded to my query during therefore no issues with communication. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would come back in the future! Thank you Ali!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Mijas! The location is perfect — peaceful and private, with a beautiful garden and stunning views over the golf courses. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, with large rooms and a very comfortable common area. The pool is big and perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This villa is beautiful and the view is absolutely stunning! The view is so beautiful that it almost didn’t seem real, we kept joking that it looked AI generated, like it was a Microsoft desktop wallpaper! Being able to communicate directly with the house manager (Pepe) was great to answer any queries we had. Pepe did a great job showing us around when we arrived and was flexible with arrival considering we had a 2.5 year old with us. The villa is as described. We spent the majority of our time in the pool mesmerised by the view. Marbella and Puerto Banús is only a 20 minute uber away. Plus we managed to get some uber eats delivered to us one night. There’s a mini market a 10 minute walk away. Unfortunately it started heavily raining (unusual) while we were in the mini market and the owner was SO kind to offer us a car ride back to the villa! Thank you Hamza! Overall we had an amazing time & will be back again!

Amazing stay for 16 of us. The grounds are so well equipped for a big group. Jorge is very accommodating and friendly, the villa has everything including Frosties and balls for the pool. Thank you so much would come back again!

This is our second time staying in one of Carlos’ villas and it will definitely not be our last. The villa is incredible. We were a group of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone. All bathrooms were ensuite and the rooms were all great sizes. The house is incredibly well stocked anything at all that you could think of needing it’s there. Carlos is so easy to communicate with and provides great local recommendations. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.

The villa is in a great location with the beach and shops nearby. The villa itself is very comfortable, with some great art on the walls. However, what makes it even more special is the private garden with pool, jacuzzi. and outside dining area, with a second kitchen opening on to it. We loved that bit the most. Alex and Claire were lovely to talk to and gave us good tips on where to dine and places to go. Both before and during the visit their communication was excellent and much appreciated. We were here for a family celebration and I can definitely recommend this property to families or larger groups. Thank you.

This place is amazing! From the moment we booked Larissa and Raf. Were helpful and kind. Even after we checked in they still were so helpful. The photos do not compliment this house enough. It’s epic. The area and house was so clean. Nice size bedrooms ,bathrooms etc. massive living area. Outdoor space is great. Even the additional outside kitchen area with bbq. The pool is clean. Just a bit cold. We went end of April. The garden gets lots of sun 🌞 The area itself is quiet and 5-10min walk to local supermarkets. 20 min in a uber to Malaga I would highly recommend this house You sometimes find a place you feel comfortable to live in and would go back at the next opportunity. This is it. Thnx for making our holiday perfect.

Lovely accommodation, very comfortable. All the bits and pieces needed for self catering but the area also has lots of eating places nearby. Amazing outdoor space. Host very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Ruben's villa is absolutely gorgeous, the grounds and pool are even more beautiful than in the photos. Ruben was really responsive whenever I had a question and offered to come sort any problem (how to work the hot water etc). Wine was left out for us which was a lovely touch. The location was fine for us but please note you either need a car or be willing to take taxis to get to main marbella attractions. There are two supermarkets within walking distance which is really convenient. It is ideal for a big group, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. The aircon was great and we had enough hot water for 9 of us. The one thing I would note was that downstairs got quite a few cockroaches (in one bathroom and the hallway - not in the bedrooms), obviously this is more common in Spain than it is in the UK but if that really bothers you it might not be the place for you. Overall we loved the villa and would probably stay again

Very nice accommodation that matches the pictures and description. It was a perfect fit for our party of 12 people (9 adult and 3 kids); Private bedrooms and bathrooms, large living areas outside and inside, heated pool and ping pong table. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Nice and accommodating host, can highly recommend this home.

Fantastic views! We had a lovely stay to celebrate 70th birthday with the family. Property suited us well, but be aware there are lot of steps and different levels so not ideal for elderly with reduced mobility or for small children. Hire car made it easy to do shopping and explore nearby attractions. I would not hesitate to book Casa Kodak again!
