The property is located about two kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Pescoluse and the port of Torre Vado. The double bedroom with private bathroom was created in an ancient "liama" completely renovated in accordance with its nature. The room comes with a pouf that can accommodate a third person. Outside, immediately next to the bedroom, is the kitchen with a kitchenette, also obtained from the ancient liama kitchen. There is a second bathroom with shower.

It is placed near the spectacular Pesculuse beaches (also known as the Maldives of Salento). It takes you no more than 20 minutes to get to Gallipoli by car. The freeway easily connects you to the Brindisi airport, you can get there in about an hour.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the total price. It is applied to all bookings from 15 june until 15 september. The Tax payment will be collected upon arrival. The cost is 1,30 euro per person per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under 12 years old and people over the age of 70 are exempt from the payment of Tourist Tax.
