Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Torre San Giovanni

We absolutely loved this little house, a real slice of heaven! What the photos don't show is that the small house is located on a hill with a beautiful garden + sea view as well as fields of olive trees and wild flowers/grasses surrounding the house. It is also possible to follow very beautiful small trails in the fields from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped and the kitchen is fully functional. We also really enjoyed the location: many beautiful beaches are nearby and it's very easy to get around the surrounding villages / towns. In short, we recommend 100%!!

A stunning, clean apartment in an authentic and peaceful area in a small town. We had a small problem with the wifi but the owner fixed it very quickly. Highly recommend!

It’s our second time staying at this beautiful slice of heaven. Cannot recommend highly enough. Beautiful, clean, isolated but close to lots of amazing places to eat and things to do, spacious, and Sophie & Giovanni are responsive, helpful and kind hosts. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Charming village home. Feels like stepping back in time but with excellent hot water and a comfortable bed. Cold rosé and taralli were a welcome surprise. House is stocked with beach towels, coffee, drinking water, and assortment of oil and vinegar. Lovely roof terrace with a sea view and a place to tuck out of the tramontana winds to watch the sky change candy colors at sunset or sunrise. Just up the hill from my favorite swim spot, this quiet little town doesn’t have much but with Tulsi Shop for all your summer Indian cotton dress needs, a well stocked COOP for groceries, and Eutopia cafe for tasty meals and vino, it’s perfect. Great location to explore the greater area. Already looking forward to my return and will stay here again, if I’m lucky enough to catch an open window. 💖🙏🏼🌸 Thank you!

We had a really great time at Valerias place. Everything is as described and better. Daniela welcomed us warmly and throughout our 3 weeks there she was always reachable and happy to help us out. Valerias cosy house was a great base for us from which we we able to explore the beautiful beaches and towns of the Salento region. On cloudier days our two sons (1 and 2) enjoyed playing in the closed backyard. The pizzeria next door offers delicious pizza and pasta and they even Lent us a vacuum cleaner to clean out the rental car. The same basically goes for the whole town. Everybody was really friendly and welcoming, especially towards our kids 🙃. Close by you can also find a really nice bakery with delicious bread, pinsa and other delicacies. I could go on like this for some time, but I don't want to bore anyone with the details of our trip. So to wrap it up: I can fully recommend staying at Valeria's! We would love to come back some day.

A wonderful four night stay in the historic centre of Lecce. The apartment/house was larger than expected. Perfect for families or friends travelling together. Giorgia was a great host, meeting us early at the apartment so we could store our cases. She provided drinks and breakfast food. All those little extras make for a special stay. I highly recommend a stay at Giorgia’s house.

Annalucia's love for this place she calls home is so evident in the way she conducts herself as host. She is warm, friendly and communicates so well, making sure we had the best experience in her "slice of paradise", enjoying both her home and the best Puglia has to offer. We had a week here and it was blissful. You do need a car - we did many day trips to towns and beaches from here. Annalucia also provides wonderful recommendations for things to eat, see and do. Swimming off the rocks opposite the house is possible when the sea is calm. It was very beautiful. I do hope that the unowned cats that hang around get speyed - or else kittens will proliferate, which isn't ideal. Our neighbours who rented the house next door were quiet and respectful, so we had several very peaceful days hanging out on the verandah with the most spectacular view, doing nothing. Annalucia's place had everything we needed for the most memorable of stays. We'd love to go back!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The furnishings are very cozy, so you feel right at home. The landlady is very nice and helpful. Communication was very good in advance and that continued during the stay. The location is very good, the train station and the bus stop to the central bus station are within walking distance, as is the city center. Nevertheless, the apartment is quiet.

I stayed for 10 nights in Pietro's apartment, conveniently located both to reach the ring road by car and the historic center on foot with a 15-minute walk. The apartment is spacious and bright, equipped with all the necessary amenities for long stays, such as a comfortable kitchen and washing machine. Very kind, helpful and discreet host

We had a very nice stay, location near incredible beaches, the center of Lecce is very close, supermarket and bar are very close, my children enjoyed the PlayStation and Arcade, we really felt at home, in general everything was good, we hope to return very soon. Thanks Jonathan

The apartment is spacious, bright, quiet, and perfectly equipped. The location is perfect for getting to the center of Lecce on foot, but also for visiting Salento by car. Pasquale, very kind and helpful, welcomed us personally and allowed us to enter even before check-in time. In the house, he left us food for breakfast but also for pasta with sauce so that we were not fasting; he then greeted us with delicious pastries still warm. We were completely satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended apartment!

Francesco was an impeccable host, his property is really for those who want to escape the chaos of the city. The apartments are small but have everything you need to live peacefully for a week or more (I would only suggest putting in a small microwave so you can heat up some dishes on the fly). The property is magnificent, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, and is extremely well maintained; in addition, Francesco provides bicycles so you can reach the nearby beach without having to use the car. I would definitely recommend it to those wishing to stay in San Foca and its surroundings. Thanks Francesco!

The accommodation is very spacious, with a beautiful terrace. Immediate proximity to various shops: butcher, fruit shop, bakery, convenience store.

We would have given more but we couldn't + than 5 stars …Giammarco welcomed us VERY well with a bottle of wine… We were our 3 weeks in Italy 🇮🇹 so we wanted to fall well …. And yes, VERY well located, perfect apartment… very beautiful view and close to everything …. 12 min from Gallipoli and 5 min walk to the beach …. Spa for evenings…. What more can I say, it was GREAT... Thanks again and small restaurant 3-4 min walk away, the Scapricciatiello fish, mussels, clams etc. everything is FRESH, it ticks all the boxes ✔️ and easy parking 👍

The stay at Roberta's property was impeccable, every aspect of the structure is thought out in every detail. The hospitality and staff are definitely one of the highlights. The spaces are spacious and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor patio is a real gem, ideal for relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for a comfortable and well located place.

This apartment is excellent. The location and views are amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to beach, local cafe and constantly changing vista. Out hosts were very supportive and friendly, but allowed us the space for a quiet holiday. We appreciated quick responses when we asked for recommendations. This place was almost too good to be true. I had a last minute booking to stay in Otranto, and I luckily found this spacious condo. I was travelling solo, but this place looked big enough to sleep 3-5 people, and it was SO clean. My favorite part were all the neighbor cats that hang around on the balcony. The place has AC, laundry, full kitchen with pots and pans, TV, and good Wi-Fi (could be spotty at some points, but I was a remote worker and had no problems with connection). Otranto is a small community, so everything you need is within 10 minutes of walking. SO many great restaurants and seafood. I would recommend that if you're looking to come for the beach to come between August and October, as the May waters were still freezing. Nonetheless, a great seaside town to escape to! Simona was a kind and accommodating host who was able to meet every need I had. Would definitely recommend!

I was in Melendugno for a class, only 4 days with some free time to go to the beach. Annamaria is very nice, she was very thoughtful to make me feel good, with very valid proposals of various events nearby and tips on transportation and places. She was extremely flexible with departure times, when I was in difficulty with the shuttle to the airport, she was very kindly adapted to my needs. In the house I had a great time, it is spacious, quiet and clean , you immediately feel at home. I was so sorry to leave, and I hope to be back as soon as possible

I would not hesitate to recommend this air bnb or to stay there again. So nice to personally meet the hosts who were extremely welcoming & friendly. The seaview terrace was great for taking in the view, enjoying the night lights, as well as soaking up the sun while enjoying a glass of wine. Easy walking distance to the beach & numerous restaurants.

Small but essential apartment in every detail. Gated and very nice inner courtyard, with relaxation corners and barbecue area. Location outside the center so quiet area and parking always available. Pointed ham beach 5 minutes away by car. The center is also close, with the bicycles provided by Stefano, you can also get around Torre Lapillo well. Stefano and dad Fernando, two delicious and very helpful people. The apartment was extra clean and fragrant. It was a beautiful vacation!
