If you are looking to stay in Bari this is the best location you can get. I’ve wandered through all the neighborhoods and this building is where you want to be if you’d like to be close to all the shops, bars, restaurants, and a short walk to the sea. Due to its specific intersection, it’s absolutely quiet at night. No street noise so you can get a good nights sleep. Christian is responsive, flexible, and easily available. We ended up extending our stay in another apartment of his in the same building because we loved it so much! There is air conditioning, great natural light, and a wrap-around balcony. Good water pressure, hot water, plenty of linens and pillows. Safe and secure. Thank you again Christian and team!

Pietro fue muy amable y muy atento, nos brindó muy buena información sobre MATERA y cómo realizar el recorrido por la ciudad. El departamento estaba en una muy buena ubicación y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa!

L'appartement est spacieux et propre. Elisa est particulièrement flexible et très réactive par message. Le logement est en plein centre de Bari, à proximité de tout. On se rend rapidement à pied dans les supermarchés et dans la vieille ville, ou encore à la gare de trains. Le bus pour l'aéroport passe sur la place à deux pas. La cuisine est équipée du nécessaire pour préparer à manger. Par contre, le quartier est assez agité ce qui fait du bruit le soir et pendant la nuit. Globalement ce fut un séjour très agréable !

Unser Aufenthalt im Duplex Isabella war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist wie auf der Seite beschrieben und sehr sauber. Auf der Dachterasse haben wir viele schöne Stunden am Morgen und am Abend verbracht. Die Lage perfekt wenn man etwas in Monopoli und Umgebung unternehmen möchte. Hierfür hatte Roberto auch sehr viele Empfehlungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke Roberto!

Could not recommend a better location. Old Town is very busy but that’s what we were looking for. To be in the middle of the action. While it can be loud, the apartment has good windows and blocked out any noise. You literally walk out the door and you are in one of the main Piazza’s. The Old Town is pretty good size and you can walk through the labyrinth of passage ways and experience a great time. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great, close to the old part of city, the beach and supermarket close by. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and tidy. The hosts were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce logement. Il est entièrement équipé, nous avons grandement apprécié la présence d’une machine à laver. Il est situé à moins de 30min à pied de la gare. La communication avec Fabrizio et Eleonora était de bonne qualité, tous leurs messages étaient chaleureux, ils nous ont permis de faire le check in plus tôt que prévu.

It was really great to stay at Domenico's place! It was our first family holiday with a 3 yr old kid and due to some health issues we spent more time in the house than anticipated. Luckily, this house was superb and we had a fantastic stay as my son loved the house with all its owls ( so as we! ). Domenico was extremely helpful and ALWAYS responsive. We couldn't be more thankful for their concerns and help with our well-being! Can definitely say that despite this was our first family holiday it will be the most memorable for a long time! The place was super clean and well equipped for all our needs! Loved having breakfast and dinner on the terrace!

Der Aufenthalt im Appartement war sehr schön. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vor allem die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Man konnte abends gemütlich in der Nähe Bars und Restaurants besuchen. Preis-/Leistung habenden jedem Fall gestimmt. Francesco ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat auch ein Taxi für uns bestellt, das uns nachts zum Flughafen gebracht hat. Das italienische Frühstück mit Kaffee und Croissant konnten wir ein paar Schritte vom Appartment entfernt einnehmen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit Zug oder Bus. Einen Spaziergang von ca. 20 Minuten durch eine belebte Einkaufsstraße von Bahnhof und Busstation entfernt…Danke für die netten Tage und deine Unterstützung lieber Francesco. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excelentemente presentado, Pierluca esta en todos los detalles. Muy lindo balcón terraza para tomar algo al final del día o desayunar. imprescindible el estacionamiento! Buena cochera cubierta. A 15 minutos del centro de Bari caminando, eso te permite liberarte del auto y disfrutar la ciudad. Buena salida y entrada de la ciudad si tu plan es visitar las ciudades más importantes de la Puglia. Un dato no menor! Gracias, Piertluca!

La casa di Luiz è piccola ma accogliente e pulita. Ideale per una coppia o una famiglia con bambini che vogliono soggiornare per brevi periodi. La cucina è ben attrezzata ma molto piccola e la doppia piastra è utile per preparare una colazione veloce. L'ambiente è spazio, ben illuminato anche se le finestre affacciano nel chiostrino interno. I letti sono abbastanza comodi anche se il letto a castello cigola al minimo movimento disturbando il sonno. Anche la doccia è da sistemare, purtroppo per noi aveva il soffione rotto ma facilmente risolvibile. Tutto sommato un esperienza positiva.

Aliona est une hôte très accueillante. Le logement est très fonctionnel, très propre et proche des commodités. Ce logement a participé à rendre notre expérience à Bari inoubliable. Je recommande les yeux fermés!

Soggiorno top, Mirco ragazzo super accogliente e servizievole. Camera stupenda e confortevole. Facile da raggiungere il centro storico e vari ottimi ristoranti nei paraggi. Da ritornarci.. Consigliato ⭐️

Amazing place to stay. The hot tub and pool are the best. The host was quick to respond to all my questions and needs. Very quick drive to Bari beaches. Highly recommend staying at this airbnb.

Franco’s place is truly wonderful: perfectly located close to everything, beautifully designed, impeccably finished, well equipped. Franco is super helpful and responsive. One can’t wish for a better host. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and I highly recommend Franco’s apartment.

Parfait ! - On nous attendait à l'arrivée, c'est appréciable. - En 6 jours, nous avons toujours réussi à nous garer à proximité. - À 10 min à pied du centre historique de Monopoli, top ! - L’appartement est très bien entretenu et décoré avec goût. Très reposant. - Groupe W.Saap en cas de besoin avec conversation en français, très appréciable. Réactivité des réponses. - Photos très fidèles à la réalité. L’appartement est magnifique. Les petits moins… - Petit conseil pour les prochains : laissez vos affaires dans vos valises fermées. L’appartement reste relativement humide… Mais bon, avec un jacuzzi dans la pièce… c’est normal. C’est le prix à payer pour une bonne séance de détente chaque soir après des heures de marche. Et si vous aimez découvrir, croyez-moi, vous allez marcher ! - Le jacuzzi se met en route la nuit… Attention aux personnes au sommeil fragile. Petit conseil : nous avons failli passer à côté de la visite de Matera. Le trajet en voiture vaut le coup.

Todo perfecto más allá de un problema con el wifi q fue solucionado a la brevedad posible . Muy recomendable la ubicación, la comodidad del departamento con habitaciones amplias y un balcón grande para disfrutar . La anfitriona muy atenta a nuestras necesidades y con detalles que valoramos . Para volver !!!

L'appartement est très bien placé à proximité de l'aéroport, très propre et spacieux. Floriana nous a bien indiqué la marche à suivre pour notre arrivée tardive le soir, ce qui a facilité notre entrée dans les lieux (nous n'avions jamais fait une arrivée autonome auparavant).
