Very nice welcome by Serge, the house matches the photos, spacious and well located close to the highway. We enjoyed being able to eat on the quiet terrace after the hot day in Puy du Fou. I recommend it to future travelers, we will gladly go back. Pascale

charming cottage ideal for a couple with or without children. the neighborhood is very quiet, the hot tub is GREAT and very clean. Seb was very responsive when we needed him, the littery is very comfortable. We recommend.

Everything was perfect. It was very appreciated. Just a small problem, the fact that the house is at the end of the cul-de-sac and that arriving very late there is no lighting but with the help of the cell phone it was fine. Otherwise, really very good. Thank you again, Jessica.

The accommodation was as described and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the Erdre and the private parking space which are a real plus for an apartment in town. Recommended! Cécile is welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Small downsides: the elevator button to go to the basement was broken which involved going around the outside to go to the garage and the soundproofing is not terrible especially in the living room.

Cécile's apartment was extremely well furnished and a great deal of effort has been made to ensure that the decor is just right. Excellent quality fittings etc., have been used throughout.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable bed, big terrace. The communication with Fred was smooth. The location is perfect, near the center, but its not soundproof, so at night it was nosy. The sheets for the sofa were not clean and there was only 3 coffee capsules for the two of us for 2 nights :( Nevertheless I would recommend this accommodation.

I stayed with my family for 4 days and we felt right at home. Spacious, everything was clean, very quiet and with very good communication. A total hit! Fully accessible with a baby stroller.

Very nice apartment in the attic, special mention for the small roof terrace! Easy walking distance from the train station, in the heart of Nantes old town. Countless cafes and bistros nearby, not to mention all the shops. In short, an ideal pied-à-terre to discover the city on foot, with very good beds to be fresh and available the next day! Very nice welcome on arrival with all the necessary explanations. Attentive and friendly communication.

We had a great time, the house is beautiful and the guest area is very well furnished, with a very nice coffee/mini-kitchen area. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is impeccable. We were hosted very well and felt very comfortable. Thank you for everything Annie, we recommend it 100%!!!

Great stay in Nantes at this place. Friendly and accommodating host for the arrival time, the place was clean and functional. The building is a bit noisy and poorly insulated, however.

Very nice and cheap location, 10 minutes far from the center of Nantes by car. Worth it.

Ultra clean, very functional, well-equipped accommodation in a beautiful village with everything nearby, convenient when returning from Puy du Fou Park so you don't have to take the car to eat. Host to recommend who is super responsive.

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed parking lot. I would this property.

Katherine’s place is the one that feels most like home. Everything’s perfect. Location, decoration, communication. Kitchen and bathroom are spotless, bedrooms are super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
