Great place to stay for the weekend! Very clean and comfortable furniture. Easy walk to downtown Charlevoix and close proximity to the area ski resorts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Boyne City! Chris’ place was clean and cozy after a day out on the ski slopes. We appreciated the use of labels in places so we would know what switches went to what lights/fans! Chris was quickly responsive when we wanted to add guests to the listing, and this place was a super close walk to downtown/the lake, which would be awesome in the summer. The neighborhood was very safe as well. We accidentally parked on the street, and a kind policeman let us know we needed to move our car, without giving us a ticket or towing.

My spouse and I came with our fur baby for a week to work and ski. Internet was solid and sufficient for our needs. Place was comfortable for all of us and had all we needed. Settled in a peaceful residential area, only minutes by car from coffee, food options and even EV charging station. Very beautiful area. Kitchen is equipped with all you may need, including pancake mix and popcorn. Also you have multiple games to pick from. Rhonda is very responsive and polite host. We were given a choice to check in earlier and were greeted with a personal message. We loved our time there and would gladly come back.

The house was immaculate and spacious for the 8 of us. Very comfy beds. We especially enjoyed the breakfast goodies gift they had waiting for us- pancake mix plus maple syrup and honey made on the property!

We had a great stay. Lindsey is very responsive and helpful. We extended twice. Beautiful new home, great lakefront location, with excellent access to Interlochen Center for the Arts. Thank you!

House was exactly as listed. In addition to being spotless clean, all the house amenities were top notch with the best being the kitchen. Made majority of meals in high end kitchen - so refreshing to have quality pots and pans that made the experience great. Master bath was large with multiple shower heads in the shower. We enjoyed the rear patio at night with a relaxing fire in the gas fire pit. Parking was more than adequate with plenty of room and large garage that allowed storage of multiple bikes and e-scooter. Location was great with short walk to downtown or waterfront. Be sure to check out the Bricktown Cookie Company, Bricktown Burger and Loco Boys Brewing all less than 2 blocks away. Access to Tart & Boardman Trails was very easy allowing near daily rides. Be sure to check out walking trails at Hickory Hills and Vasa - very easy and relaxing. Communication with Rande was outstanding with near instant response. Obvious that Rande really wants guests to enjoy the house

This Airnb was spacious and clean with all the comforts of home. Our host was promt with entry information and departure task reminders. We were minutes from town for groceries and dining out. We enjoyed a relaxing beautiful sunny day kayaking on the river. Definitely would love to stay again.

Brenda and Jim’s place is great if you are in the area as it’s very quiet and private, beautiful surroundings and not too far from TC or the Frankfort area. We spent the weekend for the local Ironman and it was the right choice. You get all the rest you need and are close enough to both the race venue and some other small towns with nice places to eat and chill. The property was very clean, well organized and really spacious. I’d totally recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay while in town to ski. Easy walking distance to restaurants for a person that enjoys walking, even in the cold. Thanks for letting us stay in your cute airbnb!! Don and Jill

The place was clean and looked just like photos. There’s a cute little downtown are with coffee and a few restaurants within walking distance and many wineries within a few mile which was a plus. Would recommend!

We had a great stay for a winter ski trip. 20 min to Boyne highlands. Airbnb itself is very well stocked and well maintained. Host was responsive. One thing to keep in mind is there is a steep staircase to get to the unit that I imagine may not be suitable for all.

Our stay at Kathy’s place was perfect! The rental was spotless upon are arrival and Kathy was extremely flexible with check in and checkout. Her communication before and during our stay was outstanding and prompt. Kathy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during are stay. I would definitely recommend her place and happily rent from her again in the future.

We loved our stay here! Ken and Rhonda were the perfect hosts, they were very flexible with check in and check out times and available to us during our stay. The stay is in a renovated garage next to their house, but we felt like we had lots of privacy and the setting with the pond and lots of land is wonderful. Everything seemed new, clean, and comfy, with lots of games that our kid loved. We loved the location, it felt remote but was also very convenient to everything we like to do in the area!

Great location and warm welcoming home stocked with essentials plus nice touches like firewood ready hot chocolate and coffee. The facilities and pool are great. Have stayed here several times and will be coming back again.

Cozy fire by the fireplace Friday evening. Extremely convenient location to the Highlands and Nubs. Hot tub in community center after day of skiing. Fun times, good meals, and drinks in downtown Petoskey. Coffee in the morning with deer meandering through woods behind the condo. Condo is a nice set up for a larger group with many nice renovations. Host Shannon was very organized and responsive.

The condo was perfect for a long weekend. The neighboring area was safe for running and walking. We hiked at Sleeping Bear dunes and along Lake Michigan. We ate in most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We enjoyed the sauna every night! My sister and I had an awesome trip.

What a little gem! We felt very safe and at home at this condo. It was nice and centrally located to all the places we wanted to go. More amenities than we could want or need and everything was spotless and well kept! We loved this place so much that we want to look at our own to purchase in the area. Will definitely stay again! Also… cannot beat the responsiveness of the owners. Top notch!

What a great place to stay! Everything was clearly labeled, which made our stay even that much better. Extra blankets for chilly evenings, a heated mattress pad with dual controls.. for when the hubby wanted it at 10 and I wanted it off, lol. We cooked some of our meals, and with the great kitchen that was so easy! We put the parking pass in our vehicle and it never moved all weekend…we walked everywhere, and there are some great food spots close by! My husband has stayed in many Airbnbs for work and he said this was by far the cleanest he has stayed in. We only wish we had warm enough weather to enjoy the great patio! The washer and dryer, which was really nice, was handy for making sure we left without dirty clothes, and that we kept the towels up. We are already looking at when we can stay here again.
