It was the second time I stayed in the apartment of Beatriz and Roseli, and since the first time the hosts are very attentive responding quickly, the employees of the Barlavento Condominium are gentle and helpful, the apartment has a privileged location, exactly like the photos and descriptions, I intend to return in the coming years.

Catherine was very attentive and requests! The property is perfect, comfortable and modern, recently renovated. The condominium is sensational, it has an indescribable view, simply wonderful! I highly recommend it!

The stay at Reylly's site was wonderful. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, as everything is very fancy, clean, beautiful and organized. I had already stayed in the condominium twice, and it has a wonderful pool, but this is an apartment that I liked the most. The apartment is very hith-tech, and is equipped with all that is needed for comfortable lodging. Also, Reylly is a great host, super attentive and helpful. We will definitely return if God permits.

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

Matheus and his wife are great hosts. We went in five people and a pet, we were very well accommodated. We found the apartment clean and airy. Great location for those who like hiking, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. They were wonderful days. I will come back for sure!

Super well-equipped and cozy house, very true to the photos. It's close to the beach, but the leisure area is great too. Safe place with accessibility, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and she can move around the whole house well. Larissa was very kind and flexible about check-out. We intend to return more often.

Hosting Top Very well located apartment, close to the beach, with swimming pools, sports court, game room, barbecue, kind and helpful staff. The accommodation has a super double bed, 3 bedrooms, with nice linens and towels, and very creative decoration. A perfect and complete space with all the amenities for guests to relax and have fun. A fragrant and cozy house. The host Rodrigo is quick in communications, helpful and attentive in all details. We'll be back for sure.

The condominium is well located, about 5 min by car from the centrinho de maresias and close to many beautiful beaches, it is organized and beautiful , gentle employees, from the house to the beach of about 15 min walking, but you can leave the car at the entrance of the condominium which shortens the way to about 7 min, the nearby beach is beautiful but the sea is quite agitated, has few stalls and little structure , there are other beaches around with more options . The house is well equipped, we do not miss anything, there is air conditioning in the environments and fans which helps a lot with the humidity , the region is of forest , and a lot of moisture causes the smell of mold, which for me is always a problem , I did not think that there were many insects, the house is screened in most windows. The owner was kind , flexible with the schedules and quickly answered all questions.

Commodation is very pleasant, ground floor, which made it much easier for my wife and my almost 2-year-old baby to move around. In addition to spacious and airy, the place was extremely clean, comfortable and all comforts had air conditioning, we felt at home! Cris, host of the house, is super darling, responds very quickly, is attentive, has given us several tips for us to be able to enjoy the house and the surroundings better! Very nice house, spacious, with everything you need for a good stay. The condo is very complete and safe, it has 3 swimming pools, a gym and games for children. The house is one of the first, it is very close to the entrance and therefore a few meters from the beach. Communication with the host was impeccable. I would definitely come back, we had a great stay! Thank you so much!!

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.

The apartment is excellent, all rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. The structure of the condominium is great, the infinity pool with the view of the sunset is a show by side. In addition, the nearby beach and parking structure, in addition to having the option of walking, help a lot in a high season. The host who is extremely attentive and quick to answer.
