Beach house vacation rentals in Topsail Beach

Min and Glen have an awesome place, great location and not far from the beach. We love bringing our dog on trips and Min and Glen were very accommodating. Also we had to change dates and Min made it stress free. We would totally stay at the City Woes 2 Sandy Toes again.

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The fenced in yard under the house was a great place to drop off our beach gear at the end of the day. The view of the ocean was incredible and everyone had an amazing time. 5 Stars for the Millers.

We had a great stay at Kolleen’s place. Loved the front screened porch to relax in and listen to the birds. Was very peaceful. We came down for Easter and to visit my son, who lives in Oak Island. Kolleen’s place was just as described and had plenty of room for my family of 5. We even hosted dinner, one evening, for 7 of us (plus 2 dogs) and there was plenty of room. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, just a little tricky crossing the main road (but doable). The bikes were an added plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing ! Everything you could need! Beach towels, beach toys, literally 200 ft walk to the beach it was wonderful for our family with 4 little ones ! Plenty of space to sleep 9 adults and 4 littles !

Perfect little place, for my solo shelling trip. The location could not be any better, when I’m not on the beach, I am on the porch taking in the ocean views. This was my second stay at this lovely cottage, and I have already booked my next stay.

The House of Zen was the perfect stay for my mom, myself, and my 2 pups. The backyard space was perfect for my dogs and was very peaceful. Hosts were very responsive and checked in by messaging during our stay. We were very happy with our stay! :)

We loved our stay ! The house was very comfortable and felt like home . The host gave us all the information we needed before our stay to make sure we had what we needed . The price of this location is unbeatable, sleeps 6 people comfortably and has a great vibe to it ! My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! We stayed at this property for four days in October and had a greqt experience. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities that were listed. The property was well manicured outside and the swimming pool and firpit were awesome. Upon arrival we found the property in a very clean and tidy and in working condition. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the sinks and showers was good. Maybe it was because we were there in the off season, but there were no crowds to speak of and we felt like we had a lot of privacy at the property. Overall, this was a very good experience.

This house was great! Spacious and the views amazing and the short walk to the beach was fantastic! Andrea was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We’d definitely rent here again!

This was an excellent rental experience. The house is even better than the photos and our family had a lovely vacation. The pool and the backyard is very private and relaxing. We also rented the golf cart which was a highlight of the trip!

Exceeded our expectations! This home was indeed a "home away from home", that provided everything needed for our stay. The host thought of everything. The beautiful home was supplied with all essentials for a wonderful getaway. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. The neighbors were so friendly and personable. Having the beach within walking distance was the cherry on top. I appreciate Jessica being available when needed. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, the area was serene. We loved being able to hang by the pool and walk to the beach easily. We had everything we needed and the hosts were lovely. They sent all the info we needed prior to so if we needed something we were able to refer back to it. The beach itself is beautiful, food was great at sharkys! We definitely enjoyed the house and area and will be back 😊

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at his beach house! It met all of our expectations and was the perfect spot for our family getaway. The kids especially loved having the pool, and it was such a bonus to have bikes, beach chairs, and toys provided - it made our beach days so easy and fun. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Bryan, the owner, was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing stay we came for my son birthday and had an amazing time at the beach and a beautiful home right near the beach, only downside the pool was closed but other than that everything was perfect.

Denise is a very thoughtful host and made sure we had a wonderful stay (including our dogs). The house was everything we expected it to be from the pictures. We had everything we needed to feel like we were home. Its location right in front of the ocean was awesome. My family and I went down for spring break. The home was right on the beach and had a very convenient walking path to the beach. Upon arrival, the house was clean and clutter-free. We didn't need anything. The host was highly responsive and accommodating when I reached out with questions. Book this place! It is a very deal and worth the peace it brings when you're sitting on the porch drinking your morning coffee!

This place had the most gorgeous views! Everything was exactly how the host said it would be. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Couldn’t get a better location. The house was perfect. Didn’t feel like we ever had to leave but nice knowing that things were within 10 mins if we needed anything

We were pleased with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we felt cared for in the accommodations. The view is perfect even in the rain!

What can I say about this visit?! We had to cut our visit short because of Tropical Storm Debby but Alex was so responsive and helpful we could not ask for a better host. This is our second year and love the area. House has everything for great beach days including bikes! You do not need to bring anything for the beach. The house is homey and stocked with kitchen items and plenty of towels and linens. We will be back.

The location of this home is perfect! Direct access to the beach with no obstruction of beach views. Host had excellent communication with us and we would definitely stay in this home in the future.

Excellent home to stay at for some relaxing time at the beach. The house is set back slightly so you do get views of other houses when sitting on the porch, but still have views of the ocean as well as a private access point to the beach. Ample amenities provided - clearly a lot of thought went into making guests comfortable, for example, new dish washing sponge, trash bags, toilet paper supply, coffee pods, the list goes on! And very clean!!
