Monthly Rentals in Topaz Lake

Christy’s place is amazing! Exactly as advertised, great & safe location, everything you could need in unit and great WiFi. We worked remotely from Christy’s place for a month. The unit has all you need for a longer stay. Getting around South Lake Tahoe was easy as the 55 bus was right down the street and the free shuttle called Lake Link will pick you up from the house.

Greg’s place was perfect! The guesthouse is comfortable, well appointed and in a lovely and central location. Lake Tahoe, Carson City, Genoa and Gardnerville are all close by. I can’t say enough good things about this property! It feels very private for a guesthouse, has a great kitchen with everything you need for cooking, is spacious yet cozy, and has a cute front porch for relaxing. Greg is a gracious host as well. 10 stars if Airbnb allowed a higher rating!

Nice cozy place for a month long ski rental near Boulder Lodge of Heavenly Ski Resort. It is located in a quiet street with plenty of parking. Street snow plowing is always early and efficient after a snow storm. Just 5 minutes drive to Boulder Lodge, but in a snow storm make sure your car is 4x4 with snow threaded tires and carry chains to get to the house from the Lake! The unit is on the first floor and I could hear footsteps & TV sounds from the unit above occasionally, but it didn't bother me too much. The kitchen has all I need to prepare my own meals. The WIFI & the dining table is comfortable for working remotely. Overall, a nice experience in a very stormy month of Tahoe skiing!

Well stocked house. Quiet neighborhood with spectacular views near loads of hiking and 30 min from South Lake Tahoe. We would definitely return.
