Monthly Rentals in Topares

We felt as if we were at home, Juan a charm, attentive to everything and the apartment was impeccable. We left coffee and some pastelitos de badería, very grateful. It also provided us nearby restaurants and many things of tourist interest. As for the parking, it is easy to find a place and more arriving on a Thursday, there is a lot of room around. If I had to put any "complaint" (suggestion) it would be that I did not have curtains, being whole windows it was a bit uncomfortable. For everything else, a 10 out of 10, if we have to return to Caravaca we would definitely repeat.

The cottage is super cozy and equipped with every comfort. It is beautifully located between the mountains, close to two charming villages. Although it was still too cold to enjoy the pool, the cozy stove created a wonderful atmosphere. Teresa was quick to respond and offered valuable tips. Highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place to stay!

Manuel provided clear information on what to do. he was extremely helpful when I locked myself out with no phone! the locals were supportive and helped me get back inside. the photos do not do the place justice. Easily the best place I've stayed on my tour of Spain, I will be back!

Staying in this house was a privilege! Alphonso's instructions were clear. Everything we needed to know in one texto! Free Parking 5 min walk, easy check in/check out, very very spacious house, clean, beautiful, quiet. 10 minute walk to the Centro. Absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.
