Vacation rentals with lake access in Toledo Bend Reservoir

Great cabin, clean , accommodating several guest. We had originally reserved for 2 guest . By computer I made a change in guest number adding 3 making a total of 5 overnight guest. This didn’t reach the host and we were confronted by the owner who lives next door. I would suggest physically reaching out to the host for any reservation changes to avoid any confrontations. There were lots of things to do, such as kayak, paddle boat and dock for fishing. Overall great stay.

This cozy cabin was everything we hoped for! Plenty of space for our group and a great location!

Perfect for myself and my wife! The location was easy to get in and out of and also centrally located to what I needed. Mrs Lynn was wonderful to meet and correspondents was great! We will be staying here again! Absolutely loved this little place!!!

Beautiful camp right near the waterfront. plenty of fishing very accommodating, clean, everything u need is already there. Plenty of stores and bait shops in the area. Its a pleasure booking with Mike answered all of our questions and guided us throughout the week for our stay. Will definitely be booking again soon!

We had a nice weekend get away. We have two children under 6 and they had a great time!

We had a great time here! Everything was as it should’ve been. Although, it rained most of our time there, we still enjoyed fishing and spending time on the pier. We had a great time and will definitely be staying here again.

Craig was a great host! The house was clean and well stocked with items we required during our stay! The location was very beautiful and peaceful!

Mark was super helpful & thoughtful! He is very committed to satifiction for his guests. The entire property from bathroom & beds, fishing access and property, blackstone to patio, was very well put together! This property & host is 1 of a kind. Very humble and friendly. Mark was very generous with his efforts and services as a host. I have had less enjoyable stays @ many of the surrounding lake parks! My wife and 2 kids enjoyed the entire weekend enough to hope that we can book 4 stays each summer. We are local & have many experiences from Air BnB, to VRBO & local parks & cabins. This place is #1, hands down! He includes snacks in the fridge & freezer, soft drinks and waters, first aid kit on site, paddle board & canoe available to enjoy @ no cost! Property located waterfront with a quiet neighborhood & awesome house cleaning preparations in place. Our cabin was cool & ready & clean as a whistle! Any rental is only as good as its host! Great place for fisherman with access to a 2 car garage to keep the boats

Such a great place to stay, that we came back! The location is perfect and the views are amazing! Love that we can park our boat out front and the kids could swim. The kayaks and the hot tub were a plus! Highly recommend staying at Outer Banks!

Great private location, and beautiful Cove. Cottage was clean, cute and comfortable! The decor is nostalgic and takes you back to enjoy good feelings of days gone by. The dock is wobbly, but being repaired after storm damage! good for fishing right at the waters edge. Nice neighbors and surroundings. Recommend this if you’re looking for private, peaceful, relaxing location, and great access to fishing. John is a great host! Very friendly, Communicating promptly and very helpful with all of our needs.

Great location, great getaway house at lake, great host

This place was perfect for what we went for. My husbands birthday was yesterday so we went this past weekend Friday-Sunday. We had quite a few people and it fit all of us and had everything we needed! Had zero problems over all. We loved the kayaks. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom. We slept great! 10/10 would recommend!!

Cathy was a wonderful host to work with. She accommodated our needs and was very kind. I would highly recommend booking this place if you are looking for the peace and tranquility that East Texas has to offer.

Stayed here for a family reunion. The house was great for our needs. The 2 full baths were nice. We each had our own bathroom. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Beds were comfortable. As listed, there is no WiFi, however the cell service was great. I had no problems uploading or downloading videos. I was able to live stream YouTube for karaoke with just the cell service. Overall a pleasant stay.

The cozy cottage was just as it says cozy and just like home! Trish our host was more than Awesome and helped with anything we needed! the cottage was clean,cozy and just out right perfect! the boat house was awesome for fishing off of and storing my boat when I couldn't fish cause of weather keeping it dry. the location is in the perfect spot for some of the best fishing on the lake with out having to Travel far in your boat. the beds were very comfortable along with everything else that you could possibly need. the screened in porch was to die for and we spent alot of time just setting out and looking at the water and scenery all and all it made our 25th anniversary a very special one and we definitely recommend cause we will sure be going back !!

Nice place to stay ,quiet ,great back yard space,parking kinda tight especially for boat trailers.
