Tiny house vacation rentals in Tōkai Region

I stayed here for four nights, and could tell that a lot of thought and effort was put into making sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. Saku is a beautiful place with lots to explore and experience. Thank you Akane-san and Daigo-san for the wonderful stay!

The bedroom ceiling was a bit low, but it wasn’t an issue. There was a nice sitting area to relax. The kids were excited about the unique style of the bedroom, though it might be a bit surprising for adults. The staff were very helpful and provided great recommendations. I’d love to stay here again if I get the chance.

A rural retreat, off the tourist path, but easily accessible by train from Tokyo. We were keen for some rural Japan after quite a few stops in urban centres. The house is in a quiet, unspoilt setting. You can do short walks from the house that can include views of Mount Fuji down the valley. There's other places you can pop into too, such as the Owl Cafe or the wonderful deli/shop at the petrol station up the road. The house itself has kept its rustic and traditional appearance and features, while also having very functional equipment, from Wifi to everything you'd need for cooking. Some great places to read and relax in, from the garden to by the wood burner. We did not have car which was fine - it's just 6 minutes by taxi from the station, but a car would allow you to explore further afield. Ryo the host was very helpful with answering questions rapidly and clearly. I would highly recommend!

Very welcoming hosts and the Airbnb was 5 minutes from the beach. It's also located in a very quiet area.

We had such an amazing stay. The place was so cozy and felt so homely. Would certainly recommend to everyone! The hosts were incredibly accomodating and helped us with pick up/drops offs, groceries and all local recommendations.

Airbnb has a parking spot. 1 min walk to the nearest supermarket and convenience store. Around 10-15mins walk to the nearest station. The house appears huge in the pictures, but in reality, it's a lot smaller. But is definitely enough for 2 people. Has all the amenities you need.

The sauna, water bath, and natural hot spring were all pleasant to use!The description of the facility was also easy to understand, and we had a comfortable stay.

Located in a very good local area, The mountains in the evening were very clean! The interior of the inn is very stylish. It was like a nice tiny lodge overflowing in advance!The two of us were very satisfied! They also shared wild vegetables and herbal tea, which was a very good host! Thank you!

Anyway, it's fully equipped. Everything is sparkling clean. It is good because it has a high fence as a private space. I'll use it again.

Host was super helpful and understanding. Very quiet and peaceful place. 1 night is not enough.

Had an amazing stay at the shelter Hakuba for our week skiing. Kanako was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help us out with local taxis, transport to our bus and recommendations. I would recommend anyone staying in hakuba to stay at Kanako’s place . It’s spacious, modern, warm and cozy. 10/10.

It had almost everything we needed, and it was fully equipped with electricity, gas, and more, so we enjoyed it without any inconvenience! I used the pizza oven, and if you have experience with fire, you can enjoy it without any problems.I chose the pizza sold at Himawari Market based on other reviews, and they were all delicious. It was great, including the location.

It was very beautiful and fully equipped with amenities and supplies.We had a very fulfilling time in a private space with plenty of nature and the surrounding environment.

The hosts are incredible. Very welcoming and helped book restaurants. The house its self was beautiful and very comfortable with incredible views over the bay. I’d love to come back and stay again.

He was very kind and taught me a lot.The facility itself was also very good and clean.I was able to enter the sauna, and it was very good to be able to use it freely at any time I wanted.There were a lot of cooking utensils, etc., so that was also good.Depending on the time of year, I think it was a good memory to be able to pick a bake in the morning.

A very great place to stay and hangout with your friends. Maybe should have pick 2 nights if there is no time constraint!
