Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach atemberaubend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeber, die äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. Sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Apartment nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es bietet alles, was man sich für einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt wünscht.

We would give this apartment more than five stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed everything was. Every detail was carefully considered to make the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony terrace. We spent countless hours there, sipping coffee or wine while enjoying the stunning sea view – it was pure relaxation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, of course, some delicious ice cream. The beach is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fun day in the sun – you can rent a boat, paddleboard, beach beds, umbrellas etc For getting into town, you have options: either am 15-minute walk or a quick and easy boat taxi ride or only five minutes away by Uber from the local restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, a huge bravo to our hosts 🙌🏻✅👏

Hospedaje perfecto, muy ordenado , con lindos detalles de bienvenida, como un buen vino Croata y unos chocolates deliciosos, la terraza con el Jacuzzi fue increíble para llegar a descansar, después de un día caminando por Zadar. Las camas son excelentes 👌, volveré 100 veces, totalmente recomendable. La zona es tranquila a 20 minutos caminando al centro de zadar

Phenomenal place. The view of the city and the balcony are unrivaled. It was easy to spend the entire day on the balcony taking in the views of an ancient city surrounded by the Adriatic Sea. The hosts were nice and responsive. Both check in and check out were really smooth. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay in Pakostane. Apartmet was suitably located, good spot for trips and walks. Host very responsive and helful, overall experience 5/5! I truly recommend :)

Wonderful place to stay, right in the centre of the town. The host and their family were very hospitable and friendly. We had a great time!

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

Twijfel niet wanneer je deze accommodatie overweegt tijdens een bezoek aan Kroatië. Het is FANTASTISCH! Met 15 min rijden ben je in het oude centrum van Zadar en je kunt de dag rustig beginnen en eindigen aan het zwembad op het platteland. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig en gastvrij en het appartement is gewoon geweldig. Alles klopt en alles is even comfortabel en schoon. Absolute aanrader. Ik overweeg zelfs om terug te gaan naar Kroatië puur om nog meer tijd op deze heerlijke plek te kunnen doorbrengen.

The house was very clean and all we needed was there. For us location was perfect, just by the sea but in a quiet place. We could swim any time and it was convenient to tak long nice walks by the sea. Milan is a great host too.

I had a great stay at Melanie's studio - the loggia with stunning views of the marina, sea, and islands was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The studio came fully equipped with everything I needed, including beach towels. I was impressed by the thoughtful interior design with its attention to detail, which created a wonderfully calming atmosphere throughout my stay. Melanie was an exceptional host, providing valuable tips on local attractions and dining spots. Would absolutely love to return! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with spectacular views.

Najlepsze Nasze doświadczenie na airbnb. Powiedzieć, że Tomislav to dobry gospodarz to jak nic nie powiedzieć! Tomislav zawsze służy pomocą, wychodzi na przeciw wszystkim oczekiwaniom gości a nawet je przekracza. Przyjechaliśmy do apartamentu bardzo późno z małym dzieckiem, Tomislav sam zaproponował Nam transport z lotniska a nawet ku Naszemu zaskoczeniu "zapełnił" lodówkę w apartamencie. Zawsze był blisko gdy tego potrzebowaliśmy, pomógł mężowi wynająć auto, poczęstował rakiją, domową oliwą, udzielał wskazówek, wydłużył czas wymeldowania a przede wszystkim poświęcał swój prywatny czas by Nasz pobyt był jeszcze lepszy. Sam apartament znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy z widokiem na morze. Wszystko jest nowe, zadbane i nieskazitelnie czyste. Dodatkowym atutem jest wspaniały taras ze stołem śniadaniowym, wypoczynkiem a nawet leżakami. Warto dodać, że na parterze budynku można skorzystać bezpłatnie z pralki, co w wypadku rodzin z dziećmi jest naprawdę dużym udogodnieniem. Na pewno wrócimy

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay . The apartment was even better than the photos. The sea views were amazing and the interior stylish and modern. We stayed with our daughter and 6 month old grand daughter and everything was perfect. Great to have the use of the hot tub, pool , play equipment and even the paddle board which we had great fun using. Would definitely come back. Great hosts and amenities.

⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. If we could give 6 stars we would!! We had such a nice stay here; the place was wonderful & we loved the jacuzzi. Tamara was very kind, responsive and helpful. This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. We will definitely come back!!

I'd added "peaceful" onto my review of Ivana's place, eventhough it's in the middle of the action of Trogir with bustling markets, restaurants & cafés right outside your window/door. I use Peaceful because as soon as you step into their place it's a welcoming ptivate sanctum from that outside buzz, a real best of both worlds in my opinion. Ivana & her husband were incredibly kind, responsive & helpful giving this stay yet another gold star in terms of stay, meeting me at the entrance of the attached parking with a parking card as due to the AirBNB's proximity parking can be insanely expensive. They made it simple and easy. 10/10 would recommend staying here, as I certainly will again. Only a quick 8mins to the airport.
