Overall, our stay at Erik's place was quite nice. It was in a good location for the activities we planned - visiting the Viborg Julemarked. It also had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were only two things that I would have liked to know about when making my decision to book this location. The entrance to the bathroom is through the bedroom. Because there were three of us staying, this turned out to be very inconvenient. The other is that the parking is street parking away from the apartment. It is a very safe neighborhood, and the parking is free. But I would have liked to know that in advance. Erik was very responsive and kind, and was patient with our late arrival.

We are absolutely in Love with the Lake House! We will definitely come back. Eventhough we were here in Fall and early Winter it was absolutely a Dream. The House was nice and warm. Every Detail was Perfect. You are in an absolute private Spot. The lake was fantastisch and the fireplace was very cozy in the evenings. We made some Marshmallows at the outer firepit and it was just as in a Movie. Seeing the goose,swans and other birds on and at the Lake was just awesome and very relaxing. The Communication with Mark was outstanding! He replied instantly and was always very polite. We are looking to book our Next Star with Mark at his terrific Lake House.
