Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

This house was a perfect place for our annual family gathering. There were 9 people from 16 to 83. The open space, first floor bedroom and bunk room were perfect for our group! Ciara was a great host!!

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!

Patricia was very responsive before and during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions for beaches to visit. The house is about a 10 minute drive from the closest beach. It’s near water but it’s more for fishing or boating. It’s less than 10 minutes from the center of town where there are great places to eat and shop around. The house is beautiful and spacious. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom the second level. Highly recommend.

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).
