Comfortable, & in a beautiful area. Very cozy

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

We enjoyed our stay! My son had plenty of room to walk around/explore! It was clean and tidy and has a small private backyard/porch. Alexandra was a wonderful, attentive host and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable! We highly recommend!!

The friendliness and responsiveness of the host helped us when we arrived from our long road trip. The cleanliness of the areas and amenities provided made us feel right at home. 5 stars.

A very cute home! It’s just like home and so cozy. Extremely clean. And OMG we love the shower lol. It’s not too far from the city. We went to the Governs Ball which we definitely recommend!! Really close to the subways and other transportation. Hosts were very friendly and responsive!

We had a great experience. Loved the house. Beautifully decorated & each bedroom was very comfortable. Easy walking to the beach & nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Josh was an exceptional host. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for being such a great host! 😎

Nice place close to places to eat, nice little coffee shop real close and easy walk to train that goes to New York.

My primary goal was to be close to Newark airport, but I was really pleased with the B&B. My son asked me if I staged the different places we were staying at to get better and better with this being the best we've stayed at. It was really accurate to the listing and Katia was patient and responsive. The location feels like the new wave of urban renewal and I felt comfortable. The local Latin American food options were also great.

We loved the area. Conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Lisa was always responsive and a please to work with as host.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Michaels place was absolutely perfect. It felt like we were staying in a brand new home! The neighborhood was perfect, close to all the great local spots and walkable to the beach. No other word can describe this place besides perfect. This is coming from someone who only lives 20 minutes away. Definitely worth the weekend staycation. What really stood out was Michael as a host. He was accommodating, responsive, and extremely thoughtful. I told him that we were staying for my girlfriend’s birthday and we were welcomed by flowers, a card, and a balloon! Perfect touch. No bad things to say and we already told Michael we will be looking to spend another weekend at his home.

Cannot say enough good things about this incredible home! My 3 friends and I were blown away by how clean, well-stocked, and well decorated this home was. It had everything you could ever need for a perfect weekend at the shore. The host Nicole was an amazing, so responsive and proactive with everything to make it a stress free stay. We loved the beautiful neighborhood it was in and how close it was to the beach and downtown. We truly felt right at home and already want to plan a trip back. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Lauren was wonderful to talk to and the booking process was very easy. The house was clean, well decorated, and well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, and pantry essentials. The rooms were well sized and comfortable, and sound did not travel from downstairs to the bedrooms! Our night owls could stay up without disturbing the early birds. The house is incredibly walkable to everything you may want including the beach/boardwalk, AP downtown, a brewery, and an excellent cheese store! We enjoyed our time there and are looking forward to staying at the house again.

Ben’s place was perfect for a long weekend beach getaway for two. Walkable to beach and restaurants, pet friendly as well. We will be back!

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

I can’t rave enough about this place . Super clean ans so conviently located near everything, yet quiet and private at the same time. The parking spot was a great perk too and Dawn couldn’t have been more accomodating and reaponsive. We will definately be back!

Really nice place in a great location. Clean, comfortable, easy. We paid way too much but it was reunion weekend and, well, we paid it right? Supply and demand, I suppose. If I ignore the price, it was 100% a great stay. Would definitely stay again if visiting Princeton. Thanks, James!
