Amenities include an air tight wood stove,appliances, four piece bath including bed and bath linens, satellite TV.Screened in gazebo, BBQ,fire pit and dock.Wood can be purchased for fire pit.A boat can be launched a short distance up the road.The lake offers wonderful scenery. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, close to all amenities—a beautiful backyard with a deck, BBQ, patio furniture, outdoor eating area, and fire pit. Five-minute drive to downtown, close to the airport, grocery store, gas station and Tim Hortons, and down the street from fantastic walking trails.
