100 sq. meter apartment, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, large living room and two bathrooms: the main one and a service bathroom. We have a double bed, two single beds and a very spacious and comfortable armchair bed. A spacious kitchen and dining room where guests will be very comfortable. We also have an internal garage in the building with direct access to the entrance hall. It has an additional cost of 15 USD. Located in the northern part of the city of Rosario, in the Arroyito neighborhood.

Brand new apartment in Puerto Norte. Very comfortable and quiet. Decorated by an architecture studio. Perfect for lounging, with a beautiful river view, where the best sunrises can be seen. It is close to Pichincha, an area with many bars and restaurants, close to Bv Oroño and 3 blocks from Shopping Alto Rosario, Metropolitano and Bioceres Arena, where concerts, conventions and congresses are held. Two blocks from the Salones Puerto Norte. Coachera within the building.

Lovely apartment in Rosario

I'm Andres, an Airbnb host for 2 years. I have 2 apartments in the app (the 1st already has more than 90 positive ratings). We recently added this new recycled apartment to enjoy a stylish experience in a central area, a few meters from beautiful tourist spots in Rosario such as the waterfront on the Parana River, the monument to the flag, the pedestrian commercial or bar/restaurant area. Great for enjoying a beautiful stay.

Warm and bright, fully equipped apartment. Located in the north zone, one block from Bv. Rondeau. Very close to Portal Rosario Shopping. Nearby you can find everything you need for a pleasant stay, restaurants, supermarket and shops. It also has covered parking included in the rate. IMPORTANT: The apartment is on the second floor, only access by stairs. The queen bed is 1.45 meters wide. We'll be happy to welcome you.

Excellent brand new studio. Very bright and fully equipped with everything brand new. Privileged location 2 blocks from the city's main avenues (Oroño and Pellegrini). Meters from Independencia Park, the main green lung. 10 blocks from Pichincha, a bar and brewery area. Very close to the women's health center and the best clinics and diagnostic centers. Really close to everything!
