Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

We are here to offer you the best possible AirBnB experience while visiting the Metro DC area. We welcome anyone from anywhere in the world, short term, or even long term stay. This is our best equipped room, we believe it's good enough for honey-mooners or Business/Executive Travelers. It's away from all other bedrooms in the house, with a private bathroom, high Speed Internet, a work area with office chair and desk, mini-fridge and microwave, a reserved parking space on our driveway.

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
