Everything was excellent, very good service and the support they provided was quick and friendly. The only bad thing is that there is no table nearby for the barbecue. Apart from that, everything is perfect. I'll be back.

I really liked the accommodation as we had flexibility in check-in and check-out, and the pool was heated and in excellent condition for the entire stay. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have a speaker in the garden and a blower (from the market) for lighting the stove. Apart from that, I recommend the place 100%. We will repeat.

Edith was very helpful from the beginning, answered my questions and was always available. The property is wonderful, it has many details that give it an edge over other properties. The pool is at a perfect temperature to be there all day, plus it has a whirlpool. The bed is very comfortable and you rest very comfortably. It's 15-20 minutes from Cuernavaca, which makes it very easy to get anywhere, and Uber Eats works very well Thank you for your help.

Eduardo's house is highly recommended. You can tell that they fumigate because there were no bugs. The house is very clean. Fortunately, the pool has a cover so it was not necessary to turn on the heater. We only needed a board to be able to be in the patio, but I guess for many people it is not necessary. Marco, who is the person who helps Eduardo, was always attentive to everything and kept the pool clean, he is very helpful.

We had a great time, Mr. Julian was very attentive, the cleaning lady was also very attentive, the cook service on the day you pay is all day, it is available from 9 am to 5 pm, the water temperature was very good, the check-in and check-out time is perfect. We had a few hiccups with the TV and couldn't change the channel. We would definitely love to return.

Jane's place is so beautiful and calm, it's perfect for a quick getaway and yet it has all the amenities to work from a distance. Great pool, amazing vegetation and the villa was impecable. Definitely coming back to this one!

She was always attentive, kind and very willing to help. The house is very practical and comfortable. The only thing is the issue of the curtains and the light that comes in in the morning, but only that.

La Casa del Elefante is one of those treasures that changes your life when you find it!! The property in real life is 1000 times better than what you can see in the photos, the spaces of the huge garden, the main house like the bungalow, the game room and the terraces are beautiful. What I value most is the state of conservation of each of the facilities, everything looked well-kept and it feels like it is constantly being renewed. The fact that each of the 7 rooms has a separate bathroom makes this property perfect for large groups, the pool area is worthy of any beach hotel Finally, Lucia's and Cesar's service were among the most cordial, understanding and kind. Casa del Elefante undoubtedly became the favorite destination of my family and my entire group of friends!! Highly recommended
