Great place, great location. I think that a cleaning lady had a day off prior to our arrival. We reported the situation to the owner and he was ready to provide immediate solutions. So that’s appreciated.

This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

Everything shown on page as per described. The host Numb was extremely helpful and hospitable. The additional snacks in the room was a bonus. She also shared great additions to city life. Thank you and will be back.

First time staying with this property, awesome place to stay. We drove here so everything was good. Car park, room was great and clean. Owner was friendly, responsive. Will be back again if I will come to Chiang Mai for my next trip.

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

I like the accommodation. Last year, it was noisy because it was under construction, but it's quiet and nice now. Grab taxis are good for people, so it's good for locals. If you go back to the back, it's good because it's a bar. I've been to all the surrounding buildings as if there are no facilities like this for long-term residents, and this is the latest. The owner also communicates well, and the view is the best in the room, and the view is good. Good

Absolutely stunning house! Great location close to the old city but in a very quiet neighborhood. The garden is beautiful with lots of plants and flowers. The house is well designed and decorated with great aesthetic sense. The house has everything you might possibly need. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate. I stayed with my parents and my grandma for 4 days and we enjoyed it. But just be mindful that this is an old villa, so please expect things that commonly come with old houses. Window and doors are not perfectly sealed so there will be mosquitoes.
