Let yourself in and relax in a simple Thai Village Home. Build from adobe, surrounded by a fruit and herbal tea garden. Simply enjoy the view of Chiang Dao Mountain from the patio or go on short scooter rides to our hot springs, temples, cave and waterfalls. IG: @konstantin.bnb
“This place was perfect - if you're looking for an authentic Thai village experience I'd recommend this place wholeheartedly. We would spend our days reading on the porch, enjoying the view and watching all the neighbourhood chickens getting up to their crazy antics. We would get waken up by the roosters pretty early so bring earplugs! The house itself has a real earthy feel, and it equipped with everything that you need to be comfortable. Konstantin is a very considerate and communicative host who is always ready to answer any questions you may have. We asked if there was any place nearby that we could rent some bicycles, and he took us to his friends house who provided us with 2 for free! The cottage is situated roughly 5km from the town, and 5km from the caves. The village itself is quaint and the people are charming. There's a small shop nearby that you can purchase a few things such as vegetables. Great value - 5 stars!”
Secluded private house and garden. Dramatic mountain view. Located on the edge of the Jungle and at the base of Chiang Dao mountain. Shaded by 40+meter high indigenous Don Yang trees. Mature avocado, mango, guava, lime and banana trees. Clear mountain stream running through garden in wet season until November, can listen to it trickle from the porch. 10 minute walk to very good cafes, Thai/Western restaurants, temples, caves, nature trail and scooter/bicycle rental.
“This is a really cool and simple cabin-like bungalow within walking distance to restaurants and a nice temple. It's a basic, yet really inviting and homey, cabin with a covered porch surrounded by trees. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is a fan and A/C to cool you off. There is a picnic table on the patio outside to have breakfast coffee at. It's quite quiet and in the rainy season, if it rains hard enough, there is a stream that flows nearby which you can hear. It's a very relaxing place and William was wonderful in communicating to all our questions within a matter of hours. He was super helpful and there is a great book of insider tips and information on where to go in Chiang Dao. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back in the future.”

“One of our favourite AirBnB experiences to date! Lovely stylish apartment, very spacious and clean with a rooftop terrace where you could enjoy a beer and watch the sunset. Quiet and peaceful but not isolated. The apartment is perfectly located, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants/cafes but only a short walk into more central Pai where there is yet more to choose from! Tip and Renate provided loads of great recommendations. They were communicative and helpful from booking right through to the end of our stay. Thanks for having us and we hope to visit again!”
