We had the BEST time learning from Adrian! The experience was immediately welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable. Adrian goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a nice time and was very knowledgeable about the ins-and-outs of bread baking. We also enjoyed the outing to local bakeries and businesses. We only live about an hour away, but it was so fun to explore a different area of Portland than what we usually go to. Definitely worth it!
