This was an incredible experience! Adrian is super knowledgeable and a great instructor. Every step of the baking process was explained clearly and thoroughly, and we learned a ton about the history of flour and bread. The local spots we visited were excellent. Highly, highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed Adrian’s class. She is so knowledgeable and shares her wealth of information in an entertaining way-interesting to a novice like myself-helpful to an experienced bread-maker like my husband. The time flew by. Picked up one of her books as we were leaving and now after reading it want to get more for friends. Highly recommend this experience.

Adrian taught us core skills needed to make homemade sourdough bread. She was remarkably insightful, knowledgeable and charming. She showed us some of her favorite hidden away "foodie" stores and bakeries and we feel we know foodie Portland much better now. I've been to a number of various cooking classes over the past 20 years and this was the very best.

Adrian is very knowledgable about break making as she's been not only doing it for over a decade but also testing it. She's also a lovely person who authentically cares about community building and sharing her knowledge. Loved her and her teachings!
