Truly such an informative & fun class. I learned so much about the history of sourdough, the different types of flour I can use to make bread, & the food science behind what makes it all work. Adrian is so knowledgeable & kind. She also provided tons of resources!

I had such a great time at Adrian’s bread baking experience! She’s super knowledgeable and you can really feel how passionate she is about baking. She explained everything in a very clear and relaxed way, and it was really easy to ask questions along the way. The whole experience felt welcoming and fun, and I learned a lot. I left feeling inspired (and excited) to bake more bread at home.
