It's an independent and comfortable apartment, 60 m2 with direct access to a beautiful garden and a great view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

Απόσταση 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Λαυρίου αλλά και την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Spacious and bright flat only 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre, where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are and 10 minutes from the port. Easy transportation links to Athens and Sounio (where most beaches and the famous Temple of Poseidon are). The flat is located on a small hill offering a magnificent view of Lavrio city and the port. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

This beautiful little house is located in the center of Lavrion, very close to the port (10 minutes walk from the house). Within a 5-minute walk there are many traditional restaurants, bakeries, cafes, supermarkets and bars. The Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is a 25-minute drive .The magnificent Temple of Poseidon is an 8-minute drive or a 15-minute by bus.This home offers privacy and cosiness to its guests.
