If you're going to be in the area, then this is the place to stay. Walking distance to so many things. Just over a block away from a beautiful Riverwalk along the Mississippi. With tugboats and river cruises going by. Deja vue consignment is a right below you with treasures waiting for you to find. My wife and I immediately felt like we were at home in the cozy apartment. Highly recommend this place for anyone who is wanting to rest or play or shop or dine...

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The entire apartment is newly updated and it was spotless when we arrived. The space is very quiet and easy to get a good nights sleep. It’s also a great value for the price. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and peaceful stay!

Perfect place to stay! Right in the downtown area and still easy to park. Was cozy and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Charming home, lots of character. Kid friendly, and within walking distance of a park and grocery store. Host was very gracious and helpful when things broke, or needed maintenance. We would recommend this stay to anyone who does not require wheelchair access, and who is comfortable with proximity to trains. TLDR Beautiful, comfortable, clean, not wheelchair accessible and conveniently located!

We enjoyed staying at Casey’s condo. It was clean, new, spacious and very nicely appointed! We were in town for our great niece’s high school graduation party and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us, plus our 2 dogs and also for a family gathering Saturday evening. Good neighborhood in which to walk the pups. We had a problem with internet service being out, but we texted Casey and she responded right away and came up with a solution. The unit is on upper level, but no stairs within the condo once you enter the living space. Also, the staircase is wide with good handrails. 2 elderly people in our family gathering had some difficulty with the climb, but were able to come up. Very nice place and we would stay here again on our next visit to Bettendorf.

Six of our employees stayed at Jame's place, and overall, it was a great experience. The accommodation was exactly as pictured, and James was very friendly and proactive. Definitely would recommend if you are in the area!

We enjoyed they stay at the hidden gem. The accommodations were very nice and as expected. The host was very responsive, friendly, and flexible as we had to change our original booking date. Would recommend and would stay again.
