Quaint 100+ year old gardening store with great gifts, quick pastries and gardening supplies. Also, check out Bill's Beer Garden if you can.

Behind this garden store, from April to November, food carts serve varied food in a lovely courtyard. Use your coupon for a free cookie from "The Lunch Room".

This historic shop is both a gardeners paradise, backyard lounge supplier. They rival Ace Barnes Hardware in selection of kitchenware. Need a special something for your dog (or cat), this is the place,. Need to stock up on your rugged (think Carhartt) outdoor gear, this is the place.

A true gem. A uniquely Ann Arbor general store selling everything from bales of hay to winter clothes to kitchen equipment.

Because it's a totally adorable old time-y feed market/store with things you might actually find useful and desirable. Seems like cute, little, independent stores like these don't exist anymore and here is one in a fairly metropolitan city.
