Perhaps one of the most interesting locations in Belize for adventure, Ian Anderson and his wife, Ella Baron have created a private national treasure in the country. In addition to 25 Tree House guest accommodations, Ian and Ella have created a world-class botanical garden. They have also turned their passion for cheese into a wonderful Cheese House, where their products are shipped all over the region; even the world! Ian is the person who introduced Cave-tubbing to Belize over thirty years ago and is recognized internationally as the "father" of all adventure tours in Belize. Many of the ancient Mayan legends of crystal skulls and human sacrifice can be visited here.
