This Colorado sugar-beet distillery is 18 miles away, outside of the Glenwood Springs Canyon at Dotsero. They specialize in rum and other spirits. Located across the street from the Dotsero volcano, their spirits are made using snow melt, sugar beets, and volcanic rock. Also a great area for hiking!
