I love the beer at Bleeding Heart Brewery, but I also love the food. They have moved into a cool warehouse space in the old Farmers Coop building under the historic water tower. The founders are locals and are known for both their irreverent attitudes and dedication to Palmer, as well as good beer. They have a revolving menu often with a theme like French bistro, and they decide on different themes each day. You order at the counter but there is seating inside and the decor is great, funky and found objects. There is now outside seating as well. They are developing an outdoor courtyard area with yard games and they have a covered outdoor seating area. A cool home goods store is going in next door. My favorite beer right now from Bleeding Heart is Grounds for Divorce. I also like Valley Trash. Some of their beers are made with locally harvested ingredients like beets from local farms. They are growing rapidly but keep a very local vibe as Palmer becomes a destination for locally brewed beer.

Excellent local craft beer/cider/seltzer. Try the seltzer it's SOOOO GOOD! Small food menu so you can enjoy the beer ; ).
