Lot Sixty One is a coffee lover’s paradise. Great tasting coffee that’s roasted fresh daily in Amsterdam. It all starts with buying the best quality green beans fresh from the current harvest season. Beans are hand roasted on our Probat roaster to celebrate the unique flavours of the coffee produced by the farmer. Pushing a button and serving a cup of coffee to a customer is not our way. Our baristas deliver world class drinks on a consistent basis. They are educators, innovators and current with all brew methods.
