Ideal if you want to try traditional Roman cuisine without ending up in a tourist trap with figure menu. Do not miss the Bucatini alla Amatriciana, accompanied by a good wine and a delicious focaccia to make "scarpetta" (meaning bread-dipping). They are so abundant and juicy that they need a nice bib printed with sayings in Roman dialect, a gift from the restaurant. If you are not yet satisfied, a tasty specialty are grilled artichokes, but the menu offers many typical Roman dishes such as Rigatoni alla Pajata, Gricia with artichokes, Tonnarelli cacio e pepe, Roman-style tripe, etc...
