Nice,if you want to enjoy a castle scene. They have a number of restauarants, some quite pricey that need to be booked. For simple food at better prices just eat in the bar.Nice and casual but only serve in bar till 8 or 9. Or just go and enjoy a pint.

Fabulous Hotel - walkable from Simla Lodge (this house was built as a gate lodge for the Hotel back in 1760!) Great for food and drinks - afternoon tea a special treat worth trying.

Surprisingly great value for a cup of coffee/tea and scone. And one of Yvonne’s favourite “afternoon tea” services in all of Dublin.

Meal Takeaway
“Eat in or take home. I like to order a medium food box with three slices of rare beef and a selection of salads. I always ask them for French Dressing on the side. They can heat many of the items on offer.”
