The SEPTA line runs directly into Center City/University City. Bring cash to pay on the train (~$6) or buy a ticket in advance from the office at the Morton station (cheaper). Keep in mind, the office is only open until 11:30AM. The train runs ~30minutes. You can also take the train to Swarthmore or Media from Morton if you don't have a car.

8-12 walk to the SEPTA Media/Elwin line. Train takes you to Philadelphia (20-25 min. ride). Neat, safe, great ride. Recommended form of transportation instead of driving.
