Unassuming destination features creative, European-inspired Vietnamese fare in a simple setting. Cooking reflects a contemporary approach to French and Vietnamese cuisines. The menu changes regularly and showcases organic, local and seasonal ingredients with wine from American and European producers, and winners in Wine Spectator and Wine Spirit magazines.
