Enjoy the stunning sights and joys of Mollymook Beach. Walk down the private road and steps to the beach. The length of the beach return is about 4km.

Pristine Mollymook Beach is 7mins drive from the Cottage. The north end is perfect for families and the south end boasts the surf club, wonderful playground, kiosk and the Golf Club with fantastic water views.

One of only two patrolled beaches in the region. Mollymook beach is a great place for a safe swim. It can get busy in peak periods.

North End of Mollymook is the picturesque location protected in a strong NE wind, its usually patrolled in the peak season holiday times and is very popular with the holiday makers and the locals alike. South end is also patrolled and just as visually pleasing in the southerly wind, its closer to the park and takeaway shops. The middle of Mollymook there is a reef that often has surfers flocking to the waves. Long story short, in all conditions there is something for everyone along Mollymook Beach.
