The 3rd highest ranked restaurant in Colombia, but very different from the others. They use a lot of local ingredients and some molecular techniques. Chef menu only here with wine pairings as an option.

Este restaurante es de un chef colombiano muy reconocido internacionalmente, queda en un sector conocido como la zona G de Bogotá donde hay una gran variedad de restaurantes. Queda a 15 minutos a pie desde éste lugar de alojamiento, a 3 minutos en taxi.
