From famed chef Enrique Olvera and team, comes this quaint tortillería. Heirloom corn tortillas are made fresh every morning, right before your eyes. Their enchiladas de mole are very good, too! Molino “El Pujol” supports numerous families in different states of Mexico whose livelihood depends on producing heirloom corn varieties.

An emblemático place to go to. Everything's made from corn. Its creador, the famous Chef Enrique Olvera (Pujol). Everything is delicious and not expensive.
