One of the few workshops, since 100 years, that do not serve bread in bulk or industrial. Very good bread and delicious pastries. To recommend. Le Moka : spécialité traditionnelle belge, le gâteau moka est composé d’un biscuit duchesse, d’une crème au beurre moka et d’un biscuit à base de sirop de rhum.
