Just across the road from us, a relaxed bar/bookshop, often with some live lounge music. Laugavegur 18, 101 Reykjavik

This is one of my guilty pleasures, I go there when I crave some "me time". The bookshop has a café on the top floor. Not fanciest coffee in town but so great because you can read new magazines and books while you enjoy your coffee.
