Chef Nikos and his lovely wife Katerina are passionate advocates for resurrecting traditional Tinian dishes then bringing them into the 21st century with a dash of creativity and polish. Try the scrumptious veggie pie with its crunchy home made crust, perfectly grilled veg and incredible local cheese. Warm, friendly and full of great knowledge about the history of Tinian cuisine, Nikos is just one of the many reasons why Tinos is famous for its Gastronomy so don't visit Tinos without stopping in to Sta Fys Aera Taverna for a meal and a chat.
