Wahaca is probably my most frequent takeaway go to! I find their food is always super consistent and full of flavour. They have an extensive menu with something for everyone with lots of vegan and vegetarian options too. It’s always difficult whittling down the order but my top 3 must haves are their Buttermilk Chicken Tacos, Crispy Cauliflower Bites and the Sweet Potato Side.

Wahaca has been popular in London for many years and has recently opened a restaurant in Edinburgh. Great Mexican street food in a vibrant and stylish atmosphere.

Enjoy authentic Mexican street food and cocktails in this recently-opened, lively and fun restaurant. You can eat tapas-style to try different dishes or order one large main. Founder of this London-based chain, Thomasina Miers, is a former MasterChef winner. Also, the tequila chilli hot chocolate is incredible!
