Alex Polizzi, The Hotel Inspector from the TV recently bought and refurbished this beautiful establishment with her mother Olga, also a hotelier. I'm very pleased that the restaurant is now open - check out the menu! Alex, who is a member of the Forte family (as in Forte Hotels), has extremely high standards so you can expect a truly 5 star experience.

This is the third hotel in the Polizzi Collection and it has a good restaurant for lunch and dinner. It's located in historic Alfriston, just moments from the South Downs Way. It's a good option for something a bit more upmarket/boutique.
