In general, a N or NE wind in the southern part of Cape Cod Bay will produce 2' waves with a wind of 4-8 mph. Over 8mph up to 12mph or so, you are going to have 2-4'....closer to solid 4's if the tide is running out or the wind has been blowing for a few days. Over 12 mph, stay home.
