Vesuvio (100mt turn left when exit Palais Miramar along the Croisette) is an upscale restaurant and pizzeria. For guaranteed seating (and large parties) go earlier (6-7pm), otherwise expect a short wait or reserve. Personal favourites are the Cotoletta Milanese (add Rucola as a side); and most pizzas.
