As the Visual Arts Capital of Texas, our city includes 100 painted sheep that were introduced to embrace the history of our community as one of the largest sheep markets in the U.S. With nearly 3 dozen museums and galleries, we showcase art from local artists and traveling displays. Many restaurants, bars, parks, local shops, and educational institutions display artists work, over 250 sculptures and statues.
