Nice shade playground and fun hiking trail for all ages. Located near Proctor District, about 5 minutes drive.

A small 10 minute hiking trail across the street. Great way to start off your day, plus you can tell everyone that you hiked in Seattle. To get here, cross the street to the side walk and then go right. There should be a wide opening to a gravel trail. This isn't the path immediately across the street.

Puget Park is one of my close favorite spots to do some nature walks, with my children and dog, lots of stairs in a neighborhood but you feel like your in the forest surrounded by moss, and these beautiful big trees and ferns everywhere, a short yet great exercise walk or jog.
